Combine 500 grams of peeled, deveined shrimp with herbs and spices. Depending on your taste, you can combine garlic, oregano, a spritz of lime, some olive oil and a spritz of Sherry.

Skewer your shrimps with your 1/4-inch thick chorizos with a toothpick. Once you make many bites, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Pan sear your tapas for 3 minutes or until the shrimp cooks through and the chorizo is light brown.
